I saw this parcel locker system in the lobby of a condo building in Hamilton - it's a way to make parcel deliveries for apartment residents more secure. Pretty cool!

I've been wanting to see this house for awhile! This is 37 Bertmount, in East Toronto's Leslieville neighbourhood; stopped by there last weekend. It's been decorated this way for quite a long time now; for example, the framed letter is from Toronto's mayor back in the mid 90's lol. Can you imagine being this houses' neighbour?

First time I've seen this amenity at a condo building; 600 North Service Road in Stoney Creek has its own dog park!

I was recently on the 42nd floor of One Bloor in Toronto (corner of Bloor and Yonge). The balcony is a bit intimidating lol; not used to buildings this tall in London.

For the 2nd time this year, there is a house in Hamilton that is attracting attention, for the wrong reasons (See my January 18th post about the house on Ferrie Street). No building permits were taken out for this house on Bonaventure Drive, and a stop work order has been given by the city to the owner. Look how much bigger it is than the neighbouring houses!
