Lakefront Balcony View

Balcony view at 35 Southshore Crescent in Stoneycreek; viewed a condo here recently. It's not often you see an apartment condo with a lakefront balcony!

Cool Front Lawn

I saw this nicely decorated front lawn at a house just South of downtown recently - very creative!

Toronto Lockbox Rack

Ever wonder what a lockbox rack looks like in a large Toronto condo building? 🙂

Expedibox Parcel Locker System

I saw this parcel locker system in the lobby of a condo building in Hamilton - it's a way to make parcel deliveries for apartment residents more secure. Pretty cool!

37 Bertmount in Toronto

I've been wanting to see this house for awhile! This is 37 Bertmount, in East Toronto's Leslieville neighbourhood; stopped by there last weekend. It's been decorated this way for quite a long time now; for example, the framed letter is from Toronto's mayor back in the mid 90's lol. Can you imagine being this houses' neighbour?

Condo Building with a Dog Park

First time I've seen this amenity at a condo building; 600 North Service Road in Stoney Creek has its own dog park!

42nd Floor at One Bloor

I was recently on the 42nd floor of One Bloor in Toronto (corner of Bloor and Yonge). The balcony is a bit intimidating lol; not used to buildings this tall in London.

Hamilton House without Building Permits

For the 2nd time this year, there is a house in Hamilton that is attracting attention, for the wrong reasons (See my January 18th post about the house on Ferrie Street). No building permits were taken out for this house on Bonaventure Drive, and a stop work order has been given by the city to the owner. Look how much bigger it is than the neighbouring houses!

Mobile Home Information Website

I've been working on some mobile homes lately, and found getting full information on specific mobile home parks hasn't been easy, such as if there is an age limit (some parks are 55+), if the park is year round or only seasonal, and what types of pet rules there are. Many MLS listings lack all the info *sigh*.
But then today I found this website: https://www.mhbo.com/ that comes complete with information on different mobile home parks all throughout Canada and the States. This will make the research much easier!
