I was showing a property recently, that had been built in 1900, and it had these beautiful log floor joists!

This was a strange find - a London Hydro bill from 1996! It was on the ground outside a property I'll be listing in the near future, and it didn't have any weather damage. Even odder is that it was for an address several kilometers away!

This is a speaking tube - they were used in Victorian era homes, to allow communication between different parts of the house, without having to yell 🙂

From a real fixer upper house I showed earlier this year - the basement was rather spooky! Definitely wore a P100 mask for this one due to a lot of mould in the house.
