I saw this parcel locker system in the lobby of a condo building in Hamilton - it's a way to make parcel deliveries for apartment residents more secure. Pretty cool!

First time I've seen this amenity at a condo building; 600 North Service Road in Stoney Creek has its own dog park!

I find it very helpful when a condo building has floor layout posters mounted near the elevator on each level; not only does it show the building layout, it also gives an idea as to the size differences between apartments
