Did you know that while the condo buildings at 380 King Street and 389 Dundas Street are part of the same condo corporation, and share the same indoor pool & other amenities, that 389 Dundas is taller? So perhaps those penthouse rooftop terraces at 380 King Street aren't actually all that private lol.
