I had posted this house on Ferrie Street in Hamilton a few months ago, I had stopped by for a visit after hearing the city had flagged the house as unstable. Since then, the city has spent nearly $295,000 to partially demolish and stabilize the house (which is being billed back to the owner as a property tax lien).
