I was showing an apartment for sale at 744 Wonderland Road South recently; the building has a pretty cool feature, in that the exercise room is on the top floor, with views of the Westmount area, including Westmount Place. It sure beats a basement gym with no windows!
There's a rooftop patio too, but wasn't able to access it (requires a separate key apparently)
